Marinated Vegetables

My mom loved this marinated salad. The recipe makes enough to enjoy and share. Great with leftover turkey sandwiches!

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 lg can french style green beans
- 1 lg can garden peas
- 1 lg can whole kernal white corn
- 1 sm jar chopped pimentos
- 1 med green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 C. chopped onions
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. salad oil
- 1/2 C. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Drain all vegetables and combine in a large bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients in a tupperware container and shake well. Pour over the vegs. Put the mixture in a covered container and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
