- 1 2/3 cup frozen veggies - thawed
- 1 cup cut up cooked chicken
- 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup reduced fat bisquick
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 egg

Oven 400
Mix veggies, chicken and soup in ungreased 8x8 baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over the other mixture in the baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown
