Creamy Italian Dressing

You can store the dressing glad containers or plastic bottles. Or you like them sooo much
there won't be much to store :)

Ingredients

• 3 T. apple cider vinegar
• 1 garlic clove ( crush & quarter)
• 1/8 t. pepper
• 1/2 t. salt
• pinch crushed red pepper flakes
• 3/4 c Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In processor, add vinegar then add one at a time while processing, garlic, pepper, salt thru the opening slowing
add the evoo in a slow stream, til it thickens.
