Ingredients
- Pastry for 9 inch pie shell or can use already prepared pie shell
- 8 slices of bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions w/tops, chopped
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 teasp onion salt
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 cups Half and Half

Preparation
Step 1
Line pie pan with pastry, trim edges and flute (or use already baked pie shell. Brown bacon lightly. Drain excess grease. Add onions. Cook until bacon is golden brown. Cool slightly. Combine eggs, onion salt and cheese. Stir in bacon mixture. Add cream. Blend well. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min
