Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup chopped pecans, small package white chocolate chips (white chocolate bark works even better), graham crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first three ingredients and boil three minutes. While boiling, place 1 ½ packages of graham crackers on greased cookie sheet. Pam works well…don’t break crackers apart. Spoon mixture over grahams. While still hot, sprinkle white chocolate morsels over all. Spread slightly with back of spoon as they melt.

If using white bark, melt it before drizzling over crackers and mixture. Freeze for 1 hour, break apart and serve. Absolutely delicious.
