Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 10" Graham Cracker Crusts
- 3 8 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- 5 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Soften cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time, beating each with electric mixer. Add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Pour into crusts and bake at 300° for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes.
In a small bowl mix topping ingredients and spread over pies. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Topping will look wet. Chill and serve with crushed strawberries.
