Crabmeat Stuffing

Quick, easy, versitile stuffing. I use it for stuffing lobster, and mushroom caps.

Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
  • 1 stick butter or margerine
  • 1 can crab meat (drained)
  • additional imitation crab meat, finely chopped (if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a bowl
mix in crackers, then mix in crab meat and imiation crab meat if desired
