Quick, easy, versitile stuffing. I use it for stuffing lobster, and mushroom caps.

- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
- 1 stick butter or margerine
- 1 can crab meat (drained)
- additional imitation crab meat, finely chopped (if desired)
Melt butter in a bowl
mix in crackers, then mix in crab meat and imiation crab meat if desired
