DELICIOUS BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1/3 cup oil
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3 large bananas, mashed
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chopped pecans, optional
• 1 cups raisins, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, oil, sugar and eggs together. Add cake mix; beat. Add pecans and raisins; add mashed bananas.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans (2). Bake at 325 degrees until browned on top, about 45 minutes to
one hour.
