Ingredients
- 1 stick of margarine (softened)
- 1/3 c parmesian cheese
- 2 Tbsp scallions (the greens only) or chives

Preparation
Step 1
Loaf of Italian bread, split open in to two halves.
Mix all ingredients, spread generously on both halves. Broil until bubbly or bake in foil.
This recipe also works well without the scallions or chives.
