Ingredients
- 8 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- or you can substitue the 1/3 cup sugar with vanilla-infused sugar and 1/4 tsp fresh vanilla bean

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300.
In large bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, vanilla. Slowly add cream. Evenly distribute in ramekins. Place ramekins in water bath and bake 50-60 minutes.
