Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders (not breaded)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8-16 oz. sauerkraut, rinse, drain (add caraway seed, to taste)
  • Low Fat Ken's Light Country French dressing
  • Reduced Fat Alpine Lace Delit Swiss

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse sauerkraut, drain and add caraway seed to taste. Place chicken on top of sauerkraut. Drizzle dressing over chicken. Place full layer of cheese over chicken. Drizzle generously with dressing. Cover with foil and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
