- ¼ cup icing sugar
- ¼ cup confectioner fine sugar
- 1 cup of butter
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 1 2/3 cup flour

Step 1
Preheat oven at 325.
Mix both sugars and cream with soft butter.
Mix flours. Gradually incorporate flours with hands in butter-sugar mixture until dough is smooth. DO NOT OVERWORK>
Pat dough in mold to ½ inch.
Refrigerate one hour.
Bake about 1 hour and cool.
Gently pass a knife around the mold.
Unmold while lukewarm.
