Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (7 oz) can flaked coconut
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar in a large bowl, stirring until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes; cool.

Combine coconut and condensed milk; spread on top of cooled crust. Bake for 12 to15 minutes; cool.

Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Spread on top of coconut mixture. Cool and cut into bars.

Yields 2 dozen
