Ingredients
- 3 T yeast soaked in 2 t sugar & 1 c warm water
- -
- 8 eggs- beaten well
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 4 t salt
- 1 1/2 c oil
- 5 c warm water
- 18-20 c flour

Step 1
Set yeast aside.
Mix next set of ingredients and add 4 cup of flour.
Then add the yeast.
Use between 18-20 cups of flour-4 of which are whole wheat.
Let rise 2 hrs., punch down a make buns(golf ball size dough balls).
Let rise again(covered)4 to 6 hrs. depending on room temp. you could need to start baking in 3 hrs.
Bake 11 to 13 min @350*
I always let them rise 4 hrs.
You can make them bigger for hamburger buns or long for hot dog buns.
A golf ball sized dough ball will rise into a 3 to 4 inch bun.
Set them at least 2 inches apart on the cookie sheets.
