PIGS IN BLANKETS (GIANT SIZE)

Preheat oven to 375deg. Combine ketchup and ¼ cup pepper sauce. Unroll crescent dough; separate along perforations into 8 triangles. Spread 1 tsp. ketchup mixture over each triangle. Reserve remaining ketchup mixture.
Place 1 hot dog on wide end of each triangle; roll up jellyroll-style. Place on ungreased baking sheet, tapered end down. Evenly brush dough with remaining 4 tsp, hot sauce. Bake until golden brown, 10 – 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine dressing and blue cheese, Serve hot dogs with reserved ketchup mixture, dressing mixture and if desired celery.
