Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 large egg, at room temp
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp almond extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- nonstick baking spray

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, beat egg. Beat in vanilla and almond extract (if using) until blended. Beat in sugar until blended. Add cream and beat until blended. Beat in flour mixture until smooth.
3. Spray cake pop well with nonstick baking spray. fill each well with about1 tbsp batter. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. transfer cake pops to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
