Sour Cream Cutout Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups flour to start
• 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream together margarine and sugar.

2. Add vanilla and eggs.

3. In a separate bowl mix together sour cream and baking soda; add to the margarine and sugar then add the flour and baking powder.

4. You will have to add more flour to make dough heavier up to about 4 - 5 cups.

5. Don't play with the dough too much.

6. Roll out and place on ungreased cookie sheets.

7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes

8. Preheat oven to 375*.....
