  • 1/2 small onion
  • 11/2 pounds sweet sausage
  • 14 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup chunky Italian Plum Tomatoes
  • One package frozen chopped spinach
  • One cup white rice
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Put sausage on oven and bake either out of tube or in
Chop in food processor or breakup into chunks.
Make sure to drain


Or breakup and sauté in pan with onion

If do it in oven sauté onion then add sausage
Add beef broth
Rice
Tomatoes
Cook
15 to 20 min

Add spinach and serve and top with mozzarella

Serve with crusty bread
