Ingredients

  • 6-8 large, fresh skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into chunks (about 2 lbs)
  • 4 large red bell peppers, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 2 large, sweet Maui onions, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 1 16oz. can of pineapple chunks in juice (unsweetened)
