Pumpkin Bars

Love pumpkin bars, ummmm, that ooey, gooey cream

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 (16 oz) canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- Mix in a large bowl.
- Sift the following and add to pumpkin mixture.
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Frosting
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 stick butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon cream or milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Step 1
Mix well and pour into a greased and floured large sheet pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Beat cream cheese on low till smooth
Add butter; beat till smooth.
Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time on low speed.
Add vanilla and cream.
