Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix in order in bread machine on dough cycle.
2.Roll thin and put in pie pans.
Filling:
1. Cook slowly, stirring often until thick, like pudding.
2. Layer fresh, canned or thawed frozen fruit in pan
3. Spread 2/3 cup filling on fruit.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
5. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until crust is nicely
browned.
