Strawberry Salad with Pecans and Feta Cheese

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• Kosher salt & pepper
• 1 quart strawberries, hulled & halved
• 6 cups spring mix salad greens
• 1/2 cup pecans, toasted & chopped
• 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together vinegar, oil and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss strawberries, greens, pecans, feta and dill with dressing.
