• Pepper Plant Sauce
• olive oil
• minced garlic
• red pepper flakes
• ketchup
• salt and pepper
• onion powder
• pepperochini juice

Preparation

Step 1

for pepper plant sauce
heat oil, minced garlic and chili flakes. Add to ketchup, salt and pepper, onion powder, pepperochini juice in food processor. Puree.

Sandwich
Put garlic aioli and dijon mustard on bread, top with pepper plant sauce, swiss cheese, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, red onions, spinach and chicken.
Press on grill.
