Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups of Swans Down Cake Flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 sticks of Lands of Lakes Butter, softened
- 1 pint of whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and softened butter. Then add eggs, one at a time, beating between each one added.
Begin alternating between flour and whipping cream, beginning and ending with the flour. After mixing well, add vanilla and beat well.
Pour mixture into a tube cake pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Place in cold oven and then turn on oven to 350 degrees to heat. Bake 1 hour, checking with knife or something to ensure cake is done in middle.
Remove from oven and cool on cake rack.
