Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons Flour
  • 3 – 15 oz whole corn – use the Delmonte Fresh cut it really makes a difference
  • 6 eggs well beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 2 cups of the milk with the butter and sugar – I put in the microwave for about 3 minute
Dissolve the flour with the rest of the milk – 1 cup – whisk good so you do not have lumps
Mix the 2 milk mixtures together and whisk to form a thin while sauce
Add drained corn to white sauce
Pam a 13 x 9 dish
Pour corn mixture in dish and bake for 1 hour on 400 degrees
