Hot Cocoa- Hershey's Recipe
This is the recipe that has been found on Hershey's website and cocoa powder containers for years. Also posted on Food.com (#153877).

- 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 -3 teaspoons hershey"s cocoa
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in large mug.
2. Heat milk in microwave at HIGH(100%) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot.
3. Gradually add hot milk to cocoa mixture in mug, stirring until well blended.
4. Stir in vanilla.
5. VARIATIONS:
Rich and Adult: Increase cocoa to 2 tablespoons; follow recipe.
Lower Fat: Use nonfat milk; follow recipe.
Sugar Free: Omit sugar. Combine cocoa and salt. Proceed as above, using nonfat milk. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute with sweetening of 2 tablespoons sugar.
