- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cup white sugar
- 2 egg
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cup apples - peeled, cored and finely diced
- 2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease and flour 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar and egg.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and cinnamon
stir in apple and walnuts.
Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes, or until a small knife inserted in the center comes out clean
