Gma's Pig Pickin' Cake

My mom makes this for all of our family gatherings because my daughter Dominique typically calls her to remind her to make it. It is so yummy! :-)

Ingredients

• 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix
• One 1 oz. can mandarin oranges
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 3.4 oz. package vanilla instant pudding
• 1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 12 oz. size Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Mix cake mix, oranges, eggs, and oil.
3. Divide cake mix into 2 - 9.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
5. Cool cake before icing.
6. Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, and Cool Whip.
7. Spread on cake liberally.
8. Store cake in refrigerator.
