Ingredients
- 1 can (12 ounces) 10-count buttermilk biscuits
- Shredded Pork
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 10 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a 5-inch round. Press each round on the bottom and up the side of the prepared muffin cups.
Combine the shredded pork and bbq sauce.
Spoon approximately ¼ cup of the bbq mixture into each biscuit-lined muffin cup.
Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle each with the Cheddar cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes 2 minutes longer. Cool the tarts in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
