Chili Chili Bang Bang

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Turkey (can use beef if don't like Turkey)
- 1 medium Onion - diced
- 2 ) cans chili ready Tomatoes (with onions & chilies)
- 1 ) 4 oz can green chilies (optional)
- 1 ) 10 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 ) can Chili Beans
- 2 Serrano Peppers (optional)
- 1 Cup Chili Powder ( I only use 1/4 - 1/2 cup )
- 1 garlic clove - minced
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 to 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1 Green Pepper - diced
- 1 Red Pepper - diced
- Pinch of Red Pepper flakes
- 2 Cups Water ( or more as desired )
- Acini de Pepe Noodles

Step 1
In a large pot (Dutch Oven) add 2 Tbsp olive oil, onion & bell peppers, saute for 2 minutes until onions are translucent. Add garlic, salt & black pepper.
Put all meat in pot and saute until fully cooked. Drain 3/4 of oil from pot (leave some for flavor) add cans of tomatoes, green chilies, tomato sauce, and beans, mix well. Add chili powder, mix well. Add cayenne pepper, serrano peppers, red pepper flakes and mix well. Let simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours, add the water and between 1/2 to 1 cup of the acini de pepe noodles, simmer approx 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour longer to cook noodles, the longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
