Ingredients
- 3 T and 1/2 t white vinegar
- 2 T and 1 1/4 t minced scallops
- 1 1/4 t tarragon
- 2 1/2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/4 c and t butter

Step 1
In microwave safe dish combine vinegar, shallots and tarragon. Microwave on high until boiling. Allow to cool. Stir in yolks and butter.. Microwave until thickened, about 1 min. Makes 6 servings.
