Sweet Asian dipping sauce
By Birgitta
This is a very yummy sweet-tangy-aromatic sauce. Serve it with chicken skewers, dumplings, something fried, spring rolls, shrimp... whatever, really. It's not bad dipping lettuce or veggies in either!
Use fresh chili or sambal oelek.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix rice vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and let it reduce for a few minutes. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Then, stir in all remaining ingredients. You might want to add a bit more rice vinegar if the sauce is too thick at this point.
