Ingredients

  • 1 package Duncan Hines moist deluxe butter recipe fudge cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walunts
  • 1 tablespoon rum extract or rum
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan

3. Prepare, bake and cool cake as directed on box

4. Crumble cooled cake into a large bowl. Stir with a fork until crumbs are fine and uniform in size.

5. Add 1 cup nuts, rum, powdered sugar and cocoa.

6. Stir till well blended.

7. Shape heaping tablespoonfuls into balls

8. Roll in nuts, pressing firmly to adhere to nuts
