Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs (add 1 cup water)

Preparation
Step 1
Work together with strong wooden spoon to a heavy batter. Let stand 15 minutes.
Squeeze through spaetzle machine into boiling salted water.
Boil 5 - 8 minutes.
Rinse and serve. If you save, coat with melted margarine. Refry to heat.
