Ingredients
- 12 doves
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cans beef broth
- 1/2 cup white wine (or red)

Step 1
Mix the flour, salt, pepper, milk, broth and wine. In a casserole dish, place the dove, breast side up. Pour the mixture over the dove, covering dove breasts by 1 inch or more. Cover with foil. Bake 325 degrees or 350 degrees for 2 hours. Par boil carrots and potatoes and add.
