Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. In large bowl, mix the brown sugar and butter; mix
until well blended.
3. Add sour cream and eggs.
4. Stir in flour, soda and ½ tsp. cinnamon; stir just until
moistened.
5. Fold in rhubarb.
6. Spoon into greased muffin cups.
7. Sprinkle on topping
8. Bake 25-30 minutes
