Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground chuck
• 1 egg
• 2 slices bread - wet & squeezed out
• 1 Tsp instant onion
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 Tsp Worchester Sauce
• 2 dashes garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well so there are no big pieces of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
