Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 t grated onion
  • 1 cup water chestnut, sliced
  • 1 t salt
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Place half mixture into well-greased casserole. Spread layer of sliced eggs on top. Cover with remaining mixture. Pour melted butter on top. Add crushed crumbs. Bae at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
