  • 3 onions chopped
  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 box mushrooms
  • 1 pack matza ball mix
  • 1 package flaky dough squares
  • sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

chop all vegetables in a food processor. Saute for 15 min adding salt and pepper to taste. Thicken the mix after sauteing by adding the matzah ball mix. Fill flaky dough squares,then egg it and sprinkle with seeds. Bake on 350 for 40 min. Serve as a side dish or entree with mushroom sauce.
