Crock Pot "Pulled" Pork

Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1 thawed citrus juice concentrate (i.e. grapefruit)
- 1/4 cup Molasses (or brown sugar)
- 1/4 teas of one of the following spices: cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of one of following ground spices: pepper, mace, cayenne or thyme
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup chopped celery

Preparation
Step 1
Pour over roast. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
First thing in the morning, place roast in crock pot on High and cook for one hour. Reduce heat to medium. If your crock pot doesn't have a medium pull apart tender in 10 hours on medium setting, or 12 hours on low setting. Pour marindate over roast.
Skim any fat off top of sauce. Remove pork roast. Use 2 forks to pull apart.
