Taco Dip from Suzie

Ingredients

• 3 medium avocados,mashed
• 2 Tbs lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 cup sour cream (or Tofutti)
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix(blue Ortega packet)
• 1 large bunch scallions or vidalia onion
• 3 medium tomatoes,chopped
• 8 oz shredded cheddar or mozz. cheese (if dairy)
• 1 cab Durkee French Fried Onions (if pareve)

Preparation

Step 1

Assemble in a glass dish. Layer twice,avocado on the bottom,sour cream,onions and chopped tomatoes on top. Last layer add cheese or Durkee onions.
