- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. Splenda
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt

Step 1
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla for at least 5 minutes.
Sift dry ingredients, blend into creamed mixture.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in Splenda. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Criscross balls with fork tines.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies (2 cookies per serving)
