  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely cut
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely cut

Combine everything but the meat/fish in a small bowl and mix well.
Add meat/fish and marinade overnite in the refrigerator. Grill as desired.
