Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C shredded fontina cheese
- 4 oz thinly sliced proscuitto
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 TBLS EVOO
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 C baby arugula
- 4 lemon wedges

Step 1
Heat pizza crusts to cook - package directions
Sprinkle with 5 TBLS fontina cheese over pizza, top evenly with proscuitto & pepper. Combine EVOO and lemon juice in bowl, add arugula and toss. Serve over hot pizza
