Ingredients
- 1 . 3 scallions - chopped
- 2 . 1/2 C chopped fresh basil leaves
- 3 . 2 TBLs freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 . 1 1/2 TBLS dijon mustard
- 5 . 1 TBL good EVOO
- 6 . 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 7 . 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 8 . 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 C good mayo
- 1/2 C greek style yogurt, (fage)
- 1/2 C buttermilk, shaken
- 3 small boston lettuce
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 red onion

Preparation
Step 1
Put first 8 ingredients in food processor and puree 15-20 seconds. Add mayo, yogurt and buttermilk and blend. Refrigerate.
