Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups wild rice - raw, rinsed well
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger, browned
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cr of chicken soup
- 1 can cr of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 2 cans water, add only 1 can, add the 2nd can as needed.

Step 1
Brown hamburger with celery, onion & pepper. Mix all together in 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 325 for 2 hours, covered, stirring every half hour & adding water if needed.
Remove cover last half hour.
