Ingredients

  • 1 1/4

    cups wild rice - raw, rinsed well

  • 1

    cup chopped celery

  • 1 1/2

    lbs hamburger, browned

  • 1/4

    cup chopped green pepper (optional)

  • 1

    medium onion, chopped

  • 1

    can cr of chicken soup

  • 1

    can cr of mushroom soup

  • 1

    can chicken gumbo soup

  • 2

    cans water, add only 1 can, add the 2nd can as needed.

Directions

Brown hamburger with celery, onion & pepper. Mix all together in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 for 2 hours, covered, stirring every half hour & adding water if needed. Remove cover last half hour.
