- 2 HEADS OF BABY ROMAIN LETTUCE, WASHED AND TORN OR CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES.
- 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC MINCED
- 3/4 CUP MAYONAISE
- 1 AND 1/2 TEASPOONS ANCHOVY PASTE (OPTIONAL)I USUALLY DO NOT USE IT AND THE DRESSING IS FINE. SOME PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE ANCHOVIES. I DO!
- PARMESAN CHEESE MAYBE 1/2 CUP
- 1/2 tsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCED
- 1/2 tsp DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TBS FRESH LEMON JUICE
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

COMBINE DRESSING INGREDIENTS AND WHISK UNTIL WELL COMBINED
PLACE LETTAUCE IN A VERY LARGE BOW. TOSS WITH DRESSING UNTIL WELL COMBINED: TOP WITH ADDITIONAL PARMESAN CHEESE AND SERVE.
