Ingredients

  • 1 lb box Ziti, Penne, or Rigatoni pasta (cook as directed on box until firm not soft)
  • 1- 26oz jar Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1- 15 oz can Crushed Tomato Puree (Contadina Italian Seasoned)
  • 4 oz Pepperoni, chopped (optional)
  • 1- 16 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese (set aside 1/2 cup)
  • 1- 15oz container Precious Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 1 lb box Ziti, Penne, or Rigatoni pasta as directed on box until firm not soft)

Preheat oven 350 degrees; spray rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. (can coat pan with Corn Flake Crumbs)

Blend: 1- 16 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese (set aside 1/2 cup)
1- 15oz container Precious Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

Mix cooked pasta in baking dish with pasta sauce, crushed tomato puree and chopped pepperoni.

Slowly fold in the cheese mixture, after completely mixed together top with leftover Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is lightly brown.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.

(fresh broccoli, frozen spinach or other veggies can be added with the cheese mixture)
